1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✔ Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
✔ Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
✔ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, socks, swimwear, or accessories.
✔ If the item is damaged or defective, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the package with supporting images.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
